1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

  • Mix sugar, butter, and eggs in large bowl.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Form dough into 1 1/4” balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake at 400F (205C) 8-10 minutes, until set.
