1½ cups sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla

  • Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan and boil for 90 seconds.
  • Add peanut butter and stir until melted.
  • Add oats and stir until combined.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  • Stir occasionally, allowing to cool slightly.
  • Drop onto greased cookie sheet or spread in greased 9x9” pan, and chill until firm.
