1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour

  • Beat egg, then add liquids and beat again.
  • Add sugar, baking powder, and salt and beat again.
  • Add flour and mix until just combined.
  • Prepare according to waffle maker instructions.
