1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • mix together until a dough forms
  • chill for 30 minutes
  • scoop 1 Tbsp. of dough and roll to make a ball
  • chill balls for 15 minutes

8 oz. chocolate, chips or finely chopped

  • heat 6 oz. of chocolate over low heat until melted and shiny
  • remove from heat, add remaining chocolate, and stir until smooth
  • dip or smother each ball until coated
  • chill until chocolate is set
