12 oz. dark chocolate (chips are chopped)
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract (optional)
6 candy canes, crushed

  • melt chocolate
  • add peppermint extract if using
  • pour chocolate onto parchment-lined baking sheet
  • sprinkle with crushed candy canes
  • chill until set, about 5 minutes
