1 lb. ground beef
1/4 white onion
1/2 jalapeno pepper (or 1 Poblano pepper and 1/2 tsp. chili powder, or 1 tsp. chili powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika

  • Brown beef, onion and jalapeno, breaking beef into small chunks.
  • Add spices and mix well.
  • Remove from pan with slotted spoon to drain grease.
