1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch nutmeg
pinch cloves
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 lb. ground pork

  • mix spices and work out clumps in brown sugar
  • mix into ground pork
  • shape into patties and pan-fry until internal temperature reaches 160°F
