1 box no-boil lasagna noodles
1 lb. sausage (Sweet Italian)
1 zucchini
2 cups green beans
1 jar pesto sauce
2 oz. parmesan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

  • Cook sausage and chop or crumble.
  • Cook vegetables until almost tender. Toss with pesto sauce.
  • Coat bottom of 9x12” dish with sauce and cover with lasagna noodles, overlapping to leave no gaps.
  • Top with vegetables and meat in alternating layers, topping each layer with a small amount of mozzarella.
  • Top with parmesan and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
