1 lb. chicken breast halves
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 white onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced (1/2 tsp. from jar)
2 tsp. salt

  • Make chicken broth in a saucepan and add onion, garlic and salt.
  • Slice chicken breast and add to broth. Bring to a boil, and boil for 20 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate and shred/chunk by hand when cool.
