2200 Cal (8x 275)

1 tsp. butter
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup radishes, finely chopped
1 cup grated Gouda cheese (or cheddar, etc.)
4 eggs
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Prepare standard pie crust and line pie dish.
  • Saute onion until tender.
  • Mix with chopped radishes and add to pie dish, top with grated cheese and broccoli.
  • Beat eggs and cream and pour over cheese.
  • Bake at 325F for 30-35 min, until a knife comes out clean.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
