1 egg
2 tsp. sesame oil

  • beat together and set aside

1 quart chicken broth
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 green onions, shredded

  • bring chicken stock to a simmer and add sugar, salt, soy sauce, and onion whites
  • add egg mixture in thin stream while stirring to break up egg strands
  • garnish with onion greens
