1 lb. chicken breast, cubed
1 egg white
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. corn starch

2 Tbsp. peanut oil

1/4 cup chicken stock
3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. rice wine or sherry
3 cloves garlic

1 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. sesame oil

  • Toss chicken with egg white, salt, oil and corn starch.
  • Heat peanut oil in wok and stir fry chicken.
  • Add stock, orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, sherry and garlic and stir fry until chicken is done.
  • Remove from heat, mix in corn starch and sesame oil, and serve over rice.

2013-10-18 14:01:50: Pretty bland and not very orangey. Try sauteing garlic & chilies, adding 1 cup of OJ, then adding chicken, and finishing with corn starch/sesame oil.
