1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. chuck steak, cubed

12 oz. broccoli

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 white onion, diced

2 Tbsp. corn starch

  • Mix salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.
  • Add cubed steak toss well, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Cook broccoli and set aside.
  • Heat oil and saute onion until tender.
  • Add steak and marinade, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until tender.
  • Add broccoli and stir fry for a few minutesl, until heated.
  • Add corn starch and mix well.
