8 oz. wide rice noodles

  • Prepare according to package directions and set aside.

4 Tbsp. oyster sauce
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
4 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. water

  • Combine all ingredients and set aside.

2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups broccolini
1 lb. chicken thighs
1 egg

  • Heat oil and garlic until the hot and the garlic is starting to brown.
  • Stir fry broccolini and chicken thighs until browned.
  • Clear a space in the pan and scramble egg in the pan.
  • Add sauce and cooked noodles, and fold gently to combine.
