4 slices bread
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. Old Bay
4 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. crabmeat

  • Remove crusts from bread and process in food processor until crumbs
  • Mix in remaining ingredients, except crabmeat, until well blended
  • Carefully break apart crabmeat, removing any bits of shell
  • Fold in crabmeat until combined, then shape into about 12 patties.
  • Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Broil 10 minutes without turning, or fry until browned on both sides.
