1 lb. pasta
2/3 cup cream
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste

  • Boil pasta until almost done, then drain.
  • Return pot to heat and cook cream 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese until melted, then stir in pasta.
  • Season to taste and serve immediately.
