4 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. chipotle powder

  • season pork chops with spices
  • seal in ziplock bags (without overlapping)
  • cook in sous-vide bath at 145°F for 1 hour

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • heat butter and oil in pan until melted
  • sear pork chops on both sides until well-browned (about 1 minute)
