pork chops salt and pepper
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cups breadcrumbs

  • pound pork chops to 1/8” thickness and season with salt and pepper
  • put flour in a small bowl
  • in a second bowl, beat eggs and stir in garlic
  • in a third bowl, mix oil and mayo until combined, then mix in breadcrumbs
  • grease a baking sheet, then dip pork chops in flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumb mixture
  • bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy
