12 oz. yakisoba or spaghetti noodles
salt

  • cook according to package directions (al dente) then drain

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mirin

  • whisk together and set aside

8 slices bacon
1 cup leeks, thinly sliced
6 baby carrots, julienned
1 cup brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

  • saute bacon until crispy
  • add remaining ingredients and stir fry until soft
  • add noodles and sauce to the pan and toss until evenly coated
  • season with salt and pepper to taste
  • top with green onion, nori, and pickled red ginger
