1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. smoked paprkia
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. chipotle pepper

  • Mix all ingredients and shake over brisket, ribs, etc. before smoking.
