2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
28 oz. tomato sauce (2 cans)
1 roma tomato, diced
salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, basil, etc. to taste

  • Saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until tender
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened, about 30 minutes
