1½ cups water
1¼ cups white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
¼ tsp. vanilla

  • Combine water and sugar in saucepan and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add spices and pumpkin and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add remaining pumpkin and vanilla.
  • Strain into glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.
  • Use 2-3 Tbsp. (to taste) to make pumpkin spice lattes.
