2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. anchovy paste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • Mix together garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add remaining ingredients and whisk until combined
  • Keeps refrigerated for 1 week
