shy 1/4 cup water
3/4 cup simple syrup
3/4 cup lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1 1/4 cup limoncello liqueur
3/4 cup milk

  • in a 1 quart measuring pitcher, combine water, simple syrup, lemon juice, and limoncello and stir
  • add milk slowly while blending with an immersion blender
  • freeze in a plastic bag, or in an ice cream maker
