3 oz. tequila
3 oz. cointreau
4 oz. lime juice (3 1/2 limes)
6 oz. invert syrup
8 oz. water

  • combine ingredients and freeze in a plastic bag or ice cream maker

7/8/23: Made a batch a few days ago and made a bunch of small changes (didn’t have enough limes, had invert syrup instead of simple, added a little more booze). Wind said this was the best yet, so I’m updating the recipe.
