2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. rice or apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp. salt

  • add all ingredients to blender (liquids first)
  • blend until smooth
