500 Cal (4x 125)

1 cup water
3/4 cup couscous
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 green onions

  • Bring water to boil. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Melt butter and saute garlic. Add to couscous with remaining ingredients and fluff.
