1200 Cal (4x 300)

2 lbs. potatoes, cubed
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup milk
4 oz. sharp cheddar or other hard cheese (Romano, Asiago, etc.)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

  • Cube potatoes and add to water as it heats up.
  • Bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and mash, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
