1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup olive oil
2 eggs
¼ cup water
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. allspice

1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

  • Combine wet ingredients and spices
  • Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients
  • Mix until just combined and pour into greased bread pan
  • Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
  • Turn out and cool on a rack
