7 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced.
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • Peel and slice garlic.
  • Sauté garlic and pine nuts in olive oil until pine nuts are browned.

¼ cup water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • Mix in small bowl.

2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 Tbsp. tahini

  • Mix in small bowl.

15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed
1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced.
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. ground chipotle pepper

  • Combine all ingredients and pine nut mixture in food processor.
  • Process until ground, about 15 seconds.
  • With machine running, add lemon juice mixture and tahini mixture.
  • Continue to process until mixture is smooth and creamy.
