1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 2 tsp. yeast

  • Combine all ingredients in stand mixer and mix with dough hook (or process in bread machine and process on dough setting) until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide into 12 rolls and place in greased muffin tin wells.
  • Proof for 30-45 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 13-16 minutes.
