8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes and chillies

  • Toss cheese and corn starch.
  • Add 1 cup evaporated milk and cook over low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chillies and mix well.
  • Add additional evaporated milk as desired to adjust thickness.
