1 cup flour
3/4 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick)
1 cup sourdough starter discard

  • Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl
  • Cube butter and blend into flour
  • Add starter discard and knead into dough
  • Cut into 8 biscuits
  • Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned
