1.5 lbs. brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

  • trim ends of sprouts and slice lengthwise
  • toss with remaining ingredients
  • bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until crisp on the outside and tender when pierced with a fork.
