1 bunch asparagus
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

  • rinse and trim tough ends of asparagus
  • place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  • season with salt and pepper
  • bake at 400°F for 25 minutes, until tender
