pie crust 2 cups frozen broccoli
4 spring onions, chopped
6 oz. stilton, crumbled
3 eggs
¾ cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. hot sauce or green harissa salt and pepper to taste

  • Bake pie crust blind at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  • While the crust is baking, blanch and rinse the broccoli.
  • Place broccoli, onions, and stilton in the pie crust.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, harissa, salt and pepper, then pour over broccoli and cheese.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
